It remains one of the biggest moments in a celebrity's career.
And Kate Winslet made her first post-baby public appearance as she was honoured with a star on the Walk Of Fame on Monday.
Dressed in a simple black shift dress that tastefully revealed her post-pregnancy curves, the mother-of-three enjoyed her big moment in front of a crowd.

Kate was introduced by her Divergent co-star Shailene Woodley, 22, who gave her a warm welcome.
But while a crowd of her famous friends turned up, Kate's fiancé Ned Rocknroll was not at her side.
Instead the businessman is thought to have remained at home in Britain with their baby son.
A Titanic occasion: Eighteen years since her
break-through role, and one Oscar and three children later, Kate is
still a highly employable star
Without her man: Kate's fiance Ned Rocknroll was
not there for her big day; he was perhaps at home with their
three-month-old son Bear
At just three-months-old his proud parents perhaps consider Bear Winslet a little too young for an 11-hour flight.
Also absent were Kate's older children Mia and Joe, who she shields from publicity to ensure they have a normal childhood.
Instead Kate had support from Titanic director James Cameron and her Titanic and Revolutionary Road co-star Kathy Bates.
Support: While Ned and her children couldn't be
with her, Kate was accompanied by her Titanic and Revolutionary Road
co-star Kathy Bates, left, and her Divergent co-star Shailene Woodley

A starring role: The actress accepts her star at the famous tourist attraction
Kate's Titanic love interest Leonardo DiCaprio did not put in an appearance, however.
Producer of the Walk of Fame ceremonies, Ana Martinez, said: 'We are so happy that Kate Winslet will be here on our famous Boulevard of dreams receiving her well-deserved star.
'We've seen Kate shine in her roles and fans around the world have been anxiously waiting for this special day to come.'
Keeping it simple: Kate flattered her post-natal body in her simple choice of outfit
While her most famous role did not bring her Oscar success, Kate went on to scoop the Academy Award for Best Actress for her performance in 2008's The Reader
Kate currently stars in the critically acclaimed movie Labor Day and audiences will see her next in Divergent, out March 21 in the U.S.
Popular: A huge amount of press attended to see Kate get her star
