Aretha Franklin is bringing in her 72nd year in style. At an early celebration for her birthday (which is Tuesday), the Queen of Soul dropped exciting news about her new music. The legend dished on working with Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds and rapper Andre 3000. "Babyface is working on the tracks," she said. "So, I'm just waiting for him to finish that so he can finish my tracks please. And I think Andre 2000—is it two or three? 3000 is going to be doing some of the tracks with him."
Jamie Foxx's daughter Corinne Foxx is following in her father's footsteps and making her way in showbiz: The 20-year-old got a correspondent gig with Entertainment Tonight. Corinne interviewed the cast of new animated film Rio 2, including Janelle Monae, George Lopez, Anne Hathaway and her own proud dad. Jamie took to instagram writing, "Interview this a.m. with @etonline and guess who the interviewer was? @corinnefoxx. Unbelievably proud. Gets no better."
Fantasia Barrino isn't quite done blazing the Broadway stage. The singer is headed back for her second stint in After Midnight, the musical celebrating Duke Ellington's years at the famous Cotton Club. Producers of the show announced Thursday that Barrino will return from May 13-June 8.
