'I love breaking the rules!' Arnold Schwarzenegger brazenly lights up cigar on Facebook's tobacco free campus

He has followed an uncommon path, seamlessly transitioning from bodybuilder to movie star to politician.
But Arnold Schwarzenegger didn't get there without taking some risks.

In a new Facebook snap, the 66-year-old admits he 'loves to break the rules' as he is seen brazenly lighting up a cigar at Facebook's tobacco free headquarters in Silicon Valley.

The actor is seen leaning against a pillar underneath a sign that reads, 'Welcome to our tobacco free campus'.

He wears a brown leather jacket over a white shirt as he stand with one hand in the waistband of his trousers while the other holds the cigar.

'Facebook's philosophy is Move Fast and Break Things, which I love,' he wrote in the caption. 'So naturally I broke some rules at their headquarters. Thanks for the great visit!'

The star recently announced he will begin making Terminator Genesis, in April with the film due for release in 2015.

Speaking from the Arnold Sports Festival in Ohio recently, the star described the script as ‘fantastic’.

He said: ‘The last Terminator was when I was Governor and so I couldn't be in that movie, but now I'm back again and they are very excited about having me in the film.

[Producer] David Ellison has plenty of money to do it well, in partnership with Paramount Pictures who are going to release the movie through their distribution.

It's going to come out on the July 4th weekend in 2015. The preparation is going well and the script is fantastic, so I'm really looking forward to it!’

He added: ‘We start filming in April and it will be a four-and-a-half month long shoot. Most of it will be done in New Orleans, with some filming in San Francisco and maybe a little in LA.’

The star played Cyberdyne Systems Model 101 in the first three films released between 1984 and 2003.

But he didn't appear in the fourth film, 2009's Terminator Salvation, which starred Christian Bale and Sam Worthington, and was instead featured as a computer graphics animation.

His co-stars in the new film, directed by Thor: The Dark World's Alan Taylor, are reported to include Emilia Clarke, Jason Clarke and Jai Courtney.

The film is believed to be the first in trilogy, and is rumoured to have an original plot that uses time-travel to revisit scenes from the previous movies.

Arnold is also set to star in Sabotage, David Ayer's follow-up to End of Watch, which is set for release this month.

The film is loosely based on Agatha Christie's 1939 work, And Then There Were None, with Arnold playing the commander of an elite DEA team who bust a drugs cartel.
