The website claims that Mangue, 42, has been showering the 32-year-old reality star with gifts.
Over the past month Porsha has posted pictures on her Instagram page of a Rolls Royce, Christian Louboutin heels and a Chanel bag, which TMZ reports are all gifts from Mangue.
According to the publication, the romance is rather new but moving quickly, and Mangue is apparently looking into buying Porsha a house in Atlanta.

The son of Mbasogo, who has been President since 1979 and is known as a dictator, previously dated Eve.
Porsha and 41-year-old Kordell got hitched in a lavish ceremony in May 2011 after they met while she was working at a downtown Atlanta club called the Lucky Lounge.
Kordell filed for divorce in March 2013 and it was finalised in early December.

The granddaughter of Civil Rights leader and philanthropist Rev. Hosea Williams did get to keep a Mercedes-Benz, her engagement ring and her jewelry, clothes and other personal items.
Former Pittsburgh Steelers star quarterback Kordell in the divorce settlement was awarded two houses, two plots of land, a 2013 Mercedes, a 2010 Porsche and his full retirement benefits. He also got to keep 100 percent ownership of his companies.
